Some things to consider:-

• traffic issues and parking on the exit and at the Barley Mow roundabout?
• good to have some housing on this site (will it be affordable?)
• effect of Hersham |Green centre?
• end of a link to industry in Hersham?

(this was the site of car making and engineering in Hersham in years gone by)
